- Refund or exchange unwanted goods, as long as they are returned to us unused, in the original packaging and within 7 days. We are sorry but we are unable to exchange earrings for health & safety reasons unless they are faulty.
- Replace goods damaged in transit to you at no extra cost and with free delivery, if reported within three days of receipt.
- Refund or replace goods paid for, but not received after an investigation, as long as the claim has been made within 7 days of the due date.
- Refund goods returned to us damaged or used
- Refund goods lost in transit being returned to us.
- Refund return postage costs.
- Refund gift vouchers to a third party.
If you need to return an item
- Make sure the goods are returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging.
- Ensure the return slip has been completed and is placed inside the package.
- Use a recorded/signed for postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
We do reserve the right to send goods back to you, if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging or if you have returned the incorrect items.
